Republic Building Contractors was started in 1997 with the determination to become a leader in the commercial building construction and renovation markets. Founding partner and President, Jim Burns, has over 35 years in the construction business. He started as a carpenter and worked his way through the ranks of superintendent and project manager. 

Republic is proud of the long-term relationships it has established, as demonstrated by our growing list of well-known and respected clients. As our representative projects list shows, the vast majority of Republic’s work comes from repeat clients. We see this as a testament to our ability to understand that our customers will accept nothing less than completion as scheduled and cost as predicted. 

Republic Building Contractors has motivated Administrative Staff, Project Managers, Superintendents, Carpenters, and Laborers equipped to execute each contract with a high level of service before, during, and after completion.
