Nicholas Morel
Read Bio
With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Nic began his career in the field — working as a subcontractor across multiple trades in both union and non-union environments. That hands-on experience built the foundation for a deep understanding of how projects truly come together, from the craftsmanship to the onsite coordination that drives successful builds.
Building on that foundation, Nic went on to serve as an executive with both large-scale and smaller boutique general contracting firms, where he led teams, managed complex commercial and residential projects, and refined his ability to balance operational precision with creative problem-solving.
His passion for building and vision for long-term growth naturally evolved into ownership and development, where he has successfully led mixed-use commercial real estate projects from concept through completion — integrating design, financing, and construction into cohesive, high-performing assets.
Today, that full-spectrum experience guides him as President of Republic Building Contractors, where he leads with a builder’s mindset, an owner’s perspective, and a commitment to delivering lasting value for clients and communities alike.
Chris Ingle

Chris Ingle is the Vice President of Operations at Republic Building Contractors, where he leverages his experience to deliver exceptional results for clients. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Chris combines deep technical expertise with a solutions-oriented approach to ensure projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
Having worked on projects ranging from custom single-family residences to complex urban towers, Christopher brings a broad perspective and a proven track record of guiding teams through challenging builds. He is recognized for his ability to foster collaboration among project stakeholders, streamline processes through technology-driven initiatives, and consistently achieve client goals. His career highlights include being named Employee of the Year, participating in a Harvard Business School–led Emerging Talent Series, advancing technology-driven initiatives, and serving as a trusted partner during major project pursuits.
When he is not spending time with his wife, young daughter, and their dog Cleo he is regularly training at a local Crossfit Gym or playing golf with friends. He also enjoys working with his hands whether it's a small home project or turning a wrench on his project car.
Kelly MacLean

Kelly MacLean joined Republic Building in 2025 as Director of Construction. She has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, directing operations, overseeing complex, multi-million dollar projects and managing cross-functional teams. Kelly has held leadership roles in New England, Florida and California for general contractors, developers and sub contractors making her exceptionally adept at leading teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and a LEED AP.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and two golden retrievers, traveling and photography. She actively supports a range of charities, with a focus on animal rescue and human rights initiatives.
